Can an air purifier help with lead in the air?
The room I’m moving into in a 110 year old house has a cracked wall that might be letting lead into the air. Would an ionic filter or something help reduce the amount?
I’ve also been advised to seal it, we don’t have the money to get it fixed
*seal the wall I mean
The only way it would help is if the ionic charge attracted the lead particles to stay within the filter, or in a regular air filter if the lead particles were only small enough to get stuck within the filter.
I would really recommend permanently fixing the lead problem instead of just getting an air purifier…that’s like spraying your car with a squirt-gun when it needs to be washed.
Any Fan becomes massive AIR FILTER
