Can you suggest a good air purifier?

what would you suggest for a good afforable air purifier and is it the best solution for dust?
my home especially my room collects dust heavily, i dust, i dust and i dust and yet it comes back as soon as i dust it off so i need another solution cause i’ve had dust ruin some of my electronics and i can’t afford to be letting that happen so i need a solution, something that will at least lessen the bill up of dust, i could find covers for everything and put covers over things like computers and printers but its to time consuming but i hear air purifiers are good but i wouldn’t know, i’ve never purchased one but now i’d like to give it a try so any suggestions is gladly appreciated
If it is just dust that you are concerned with, take a look at the Sun Pure SP-20 at http://www.smoke-eaters-supply.com/air-purifiers-for-smoke.html This is the second best air purifier on the market and is capable of room sizes up to 2,000 sq ft. It also has settings for smaller rooms, but most of our customers set it on “automatic” and forget it. The Sun Pure SP-20 is second only to the Sun Pure SP-20C and has a 5-stage air cleaning system. There is a ton of information on the site including owners manual, test report and ordering information. The Sun Pure units are widely used in hospitals and labs for their efficiency and effectiveness. I hope this helps.

The Alen A350 is a good one. its around $350
The Alen A350 air cleaner is meant for smaller rooms than the IQAir (400 to 800 square feet versus 1,000), but in tests, it removes nearly as many allergens from the air. It’s also a little quieter. Like the IQAir air purifier, the Alen uses a true HEPA filter along with a pre-filter and a carbon filter for odors. While reviews say the IQAir is the best you can buy, the Alen A350 air purifier comes close for a lot less. Annual replacement filter costs are about $80. The Alen A350 also comes with a lifetime warranty
The best by far is IQ Air. It’s about $1000 and filters will cost about $200 per year. I know you were asking about "not too expensive", but not sure what "expensive" is for you.
AllergyBuyersClub.com sells all types of air purifiers. I purchased my IQ air from them. Good reputable company.
