Do air purifiers blow cold air?

In fact, nasal congestion and nose with dried blood is cold or normal pregnancy?

I am 9 weeks pregnant and the last five weeks, I've always had a stuffy nose, dry and blood coming out when it hit. I have an air purifier and humidifier but will not do much for me. How long should it, if this is normal during pregnancy or do I have a sinus infection or cold? How can I get help? Can I use or do to help my nose?

Normal, although crude and a total pain. The only thing that really helps to keep the situation under control bloody mucus for me is the use of saline nasal spray non-medicated few times a day to maintain moisture of the nasal passages. The brand I use is called Sea and is available in pharmacies, or types Fortunately for us, pregnant women in several large compartments at Costco!

Should circulate the air from the room in order to purify it, must seem cool from the fan.
