I’m focusing in on the wheat/gluten issue. The other two are just too easy to work around. Ener-G egg replacer works great in most applications.
We have found Tinkyada pasta to be the closest to "real" pasta. Our family uses Bob’s bread mix the most. None of it is going to taste like "regular" bread but it is tolerable. The mixes tend to taste better than premade. Often toasting the bread gives it a better taste. I would look around at all the GFCF (gluten free/casein free) sites. There are many and often loaded with bread, cookie, treat etc recipes. Once we find a mix we like we order it by the case online. It is often cheaper than buying it at the store.
