Is it a good idea to run an air filter and a humidifier at the same time in one room?

Not sure if the extra humidity will affect the air purifier. It is a hepa filter type of purifier. Trying to keep the allergens out and also humidify the air because it is really dry right now and i wake up with a really dry throat the past few days.
I’m using distilled water for the humidifier.
The two conditions that make up indoor air quality is the cleanliness of the air and the humidity level. So, IT IS a good idea to run the air purifier and the humidifier at the same time in one room. You want to run your air cleaner 24/7 and keep your humidity level about 40-50% for good health. Too much moisture will promote mold growth and too little gives you no relief from your dry throat. I hope this helps.

No, there shouldn’t be any issues running both.
