Will air purifiers remove pet smell from apartments ?
Wondering if they would ? I do have wood floors and keep apartment clean and free of mess. I have a couple of cats and a puppy. Please help
It depends. An air purifier should help, but it will not fix the source of the odor problem. For instance, if your pets have ever peed on the wood floors, it is possible that urine has soaked into the floor which can leave a lingering odor. Even if you use an air purifier, that isn’t going to do anything about the source of the odor. If your pets haven’t made a mess, then just keeping your apartment as clean as possible and using an air purifier should help a lot. It really depends on your situation.

yes …i have 2 cats and my air purifier helps.
You seem very concerned and you also say you keep everything clean. An air purifier would also help. Those are important issues if you want to own pets.
In your case you seem conscience about broadcasting smells from your pets and that is helpful in itself to just keep cleaning and using an air purifier.
Your land lord is going to have a heart attack when he/she finds out that animals were introduced to the rental property. Damage can run in the thousands of dollars trying to get the unit fir for habitation by another tenant.
